Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 October 2026 (draft). Operator: FINURA AI Private Limited (“FINURA”, “we”, “us”), India. Contact: tatikunta.k@gmail.com.
1. Acceptance
By accessing finuraai.org, the live demo, waitlist forms, or any FINURA API or playground (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Early access and waitlist
Self-serve payments and production API keys may not yet be generally available. Joining a waitlist or submitting a contact form does not create a paid subscription, SLA, or entitlement to production capacity until we confirm in writing or activate a paid plan.
3. Accounts and API use
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, or use the Services to violate applicable law (including Indian IT and data protection laws).
4. Credits and usage
Where plans include credits: 1 credit equals one decision evaluation; a goal run typically consumes 5 credits. Included credits reset monthly and do not roll over unless a written order says otherwise. Overage may be billed pay-as-you-go when enabled. Prices exclude GST unless stated.
5. Demo and evaluation data
Public demo routes write to an isolated demo environment. Do not submit production secrets, live customer PII you are not authorised to share, or regulated data into the public demo. Demo outputs are illustrative and not a substitute for your own compliance programme.
6. Intellectual property
FINURA and its licensors own the Services, branding, and software. You retain rights in your prompts, policies, and data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that material solely to provide and improve the Services.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” during early access. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free decisions, or fitness for a particular regulated outcome. You remain responsible for human oversight, policy design, and regulatory compliance in your environment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, FINURA’s aggregate liability arising from the Services in any twelve-month period is limited to fees you paid us for the Services in that period (or INR 5,000 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, unpaid invoices (when billing is live), or legal risk. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, liability limits, confidentiality) survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
