Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026 (draft). Controller: FINURA AI Private Limited, India. Contact: tatikunta.k@gmail.com.
1. Scope
This Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you visit finuraai.org, use the live demo, submit waitlist or contact forms, or otherwise interact with FINURA.
2. Information we collect
- Contact and lead data: name, work email, company, role, company size, preferred plan, message/use case, and consent flags when you submit forms.
- Demo usage: technical logs (e.g. IP-based rate limits, request metadata, demo decision IDs) in an isolated demo tenant.
- Site telemetry: standard web server or hosting logs; we do not embed third-party advertising trackers on the static site by default.
- Payment data (future): when checkout launches, payment processors (e.g. Razorpay) will collect card or UPI details; FINURA does not store full card numbers on this static site.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, operate early access and demos, improve the product, prevent abuse, comply with law, and (when enabled) bill and support paid customers.
4. Legal bases
Depending on applicable law, we rely on consent (e.g. marketing/contact checkboxes), performance of a contract or pre-contract steps, legitimate interests in securing and improving the Services, and legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We may share data with infrastructure providers (e.g. cloud hosting in India such as Google Cloud asia-south1 for demo APIs), email or CRM tools, professional advisors, and payment processors when billing is live. We do not sell personal information.
6. International transfers
Primary demo API processing is intended in India (Mumbai region). Vendors or support tools may process data elsewhere under contractual safeguards. Enterprise customers may negotiate residency commitments separately.
7. Retention
Lead records are kept as long as needed to follow up and for legitimate business records. Demo tenant data may be purged on a shorter cycle. You may request deletion subject to legal retention needs.
8. Security
We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to early-stage services (HTTPS, scoped demo routes, rate limits). No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
9. Your rights
Subject to Indian law (and other laws that apply to you), you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact tatikunta.k@gmail.com.
10. Children
Services are directed at business users and are not intended for children under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new date on this page.
